Konvertia uses ProMISe as a central platform to strengthen process control, continuous improvement and international collaboration across five service centers in four European countries.
With ProMISe QMHub, processes, SOPs and quality standards are defined once and shared consistently across all locations. Operational issues, improvement actions and follow-up are handled within the integrated Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, creating transparency and alignment between daily operations and improvement initiatives.
ProMISe provides a common language for Operational Excellence. Operators, managers and teams from different countries work with the same processes, insights and improvement loops, enabling them to learn from each other and operate as one organization without borders.
